Who am I?I am a fifth-generation farm girl from rural Nebraska. I'm proud of my family and the hardships my family has endured. I am proud of who my family is now, because of those hard times. This is just a first glance at me, my skills, my goals, my achievements, and my future.

Writing
My writing is something I am especially proud of. I have always had great teachers that push me to improve my writing skills every year. Below, I have shared a speech I wrote and recited for FFA. I am very proud of this speech because it is about something dear to my heart and it was successful.

I have chosen museum curator as my future career. To pursue this, I will need at least a bachelor's degree in museum science/public history from an accredited university. A museum curator is responsible for overseeing the collection, preservation, cataloging, and researching of procured artifacts. It is usually a 9-5 job with average to good pay. I'd like to work for the National Park Service as a historic/interpretive park ranger. Museum curation is a mentally taxing, yet rewarding job, and I am very excited to pursue it.
